Drink a quart of water before going to bed .Don't worry you'll pee up early in the morning .Try increasing your daily water comsumption and drop the coffee out of the program also try alot of vitamenc and if it's a si tomach promblem and things ain't moving try eating a can of sour kraut it very good for cleaning you out abd adjusting and putting your digestive system enzyen level back to the normal peace and good luck hope it all comes out in the end clammy

Well my internal computer desided that there was a load of bad fuel in the input chamber, so it desided to purg the system from the rear!!! after 6 hours of unrelenting rear end purging the computer relized that the trouble was up top on the input side ,so we purged the top end oh for about 2 hours . SOMEHELP ME!! I determined the bad load was some india food i had for lunch on the first top side purg I saw that indian food for a second time and it wasnot fun . I was lucky though my daughter wanted a bite she is 4 I did not give it to her thank god. Of course I ate the whole dish it was not small and I feel like a train hit me then ran me over and draged me. I guess the crew will get those 2 boilers in without me.

If the onset was only a few hours after ingesting, it likely was a staphylococcus form. Yes, the purging is violent and is not recommended.

First order of business: Electrolyte replacement. GatorAide, Pedialyte. Anything you can keep down is good.

Major fluid loss drops your sodium level first. You must keep your potassium and sodium levels in balance. Get someone to the store for you right away. Beats and IV anyday.

My wife just went for some gatoraid the purging has stopped and i just feel like some one was jumped up and down on my back all that purging and now im hurting

that you may again worship the porcelain goddess after the first dose as you get back to shape. I know how thirsty you can get, believe me, it runs deeply. But keep trying, try not to over-sip, OK?
