The REMs tool fairy, dropped in

My first order will be here this week.

It is a classy operation for sure. I have ordered the same compliment of hangers in the Sonic Green Line for copper tube support, and the Spiral clamps for expansion tank support. Also, I have the vario (twin) clamps coming in ¾" for my supply/return piping for remotely mounted manifolds for my non-minitube, injection mixing jobs.
The guys are looking forward to the thread rod cutter and no more deburring. The time savings alone with that will be substantial.

Regards,

PR

while I was away at work

Brought me a bunch of goodies. My new press tool with 1/2-to 1-1/4 jaws and a nifty 3/8" all thread cutter. 1/2" soon to follow.

Also a selection of Mupro hangers, including a spiral duct hanger that will circumnavigate an expansion tank. With a 3/8" connection it could be hung from a secure block, or use a properly mounted angle bracket. Nice stuff!

Also an inexpensive foot vice (non REMs) that will go to 1-1/4" pipe.

Can't wait to team the press tool with the Curvo and tee puller. Hope to buy only press couplings and job-fab all the ells and tees.

    Dealers in some areas

I believe Steve E, that hangs here, is a dealer. There may be a dealer in your area. Try

    muproleo@sbcglobal.net

He is the Mupro North America president, and should have dealer info.

    HEY!

If you keep going you'll have enough tools that even a disabled plumber with an electric scooter could get a job and be profitable. Like the green grass on the other side, as I look back at plumbing & heating industry, you guys have it made. I remember the tractor hydralic backhoes comming on the scene, and the no hub pipe couplings, "000" hanger iron, and the first kralastic piping, & clamp on closet flanges, So who is going to build a radiant robot installer? Hot rod how about that for a challenge? You'll save enough $$ to research it just with the 3/8ths rod cutter! (Not to mention bloody knuckles! & curses!) Where was a foot vice in my day?

Argco also handles Rems, as well as a very diverse line of products. However, Mupro does make some of the finest hangers around. Germans must be alergic to sound.

    Foot vice

That foot vice looks like it would be a great addition to my fleet as well. What is the name brand on that one?
