if the amps on a oilbourner motor is to low will it cause it to lock out from time to time for exp. if motor say 4.3 but when test it reads 3.6 will it lockout do to the motor.

When a motor is off by 10% or more of what it is rated for it is no good. 3.87 is the lowest a 4.3 amp motor should be off. Yes a motor running with low amps could cause problems leading to lockouts..............ROOKIE0
