solo 100 might be the ticket...you could use two of them and have a fairly economical running system...at least take a look at what they have to offer ....Triangle Tube solo.

Need suggestions, please.
I need to specify on one of our jobs a quiet hot water boiler, natural gas, preferably with a modulating burner, 200 MBH output, sealed combustion.
Suggestions please?
Thanks.

the weil Ultra is everything you are looking for plus
comes with outdoor reset. VERY quiet.0 -
Anyone of the three
mentioned above will do the job nicely.
Only one of the three however, is made in the USA.
Does stuff like that concern you?

I've had excellent service with
the Weil Ultra 230's.
If this is a low temperature installation use two 100,00 units for double the turndown rate.
Some boiler stage controllers, designed for condensing boilers, step in the second boiler before the first boiler exceeds condensing temperatures. It then ramps the two boilers together, temperature wise. This exposed twice the HX surface to the lower temperature, higher efficiency, operating mode.
With 3 boilers you, of course triple the turn down rate and take further advantage of the "sweet spot" low operating temperatures.

Also...
... there is the NTI Trinity to consider. The 400 model offers a 16:1 modulation range! They also have a 200kBTU/hr model.
However, the Vitodens is still my favorite due to its controller and bulletproof construction.0 -
Hot or Cold
Will the system be high or low temperature?
For low temp, I'd agree with Gary's Vitodens suggestion.
For high temp, you might consider the Crown CWD. There's no modulation though.

The 200 should be out in a couple of months
which would fit the ticket quite nicely. Hope to have several of these Prestiges in this next year.0
