Add on radiaion fins for piping

Do they make "add on" fins for radiation on a hot water system? The piping is mostly 1-1/2" to 3" iron pipe. I have a large greenhouse facility that heats with radiant floor and the loop piping thru the space. It seems to me that they would get a better heat transfer if they has fins (of some sort) on the piping and a greater bang for their buck.
