Radiant heat zone

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a hot water boiler with baseboard heat.And I would like to add one zone of radiant heat. is there a special control that lowers the water temp in that one zone?

    one of the simplest is an I series R zone valve

    and a set point I series S bypass, to control return water.

    a taco mixing block can be a good way to do it as well.
