Try this:
It's tough to get US applicable info on these parts.
Use the code number like 013G... to spec your part. Buy the valve and operator separately.

Danfoss valve selection
I have a client who'd like a Danfoss thermostatically controlled radiator valve installed on a very, very large cast iron radiator. . . just checked out the product literature on their website and am dismayed to find it a mess of stuff. I simply need a 3/4" angled valve with a remote thermostat attached by 6' filament. What control number should I be asking my supplier for? I know that this is a question for the supply house guys, but sometimes it's nice to get the information from the horses mouth. . .
Thanks,
Keith

Provided that the supply pipe comes up from the floor and angles over to the radiator, and you want the operator horizontal with the floor (standard) you need:
013G8018 ¾" NPT Side Mount Angle Valve Body
013G8202 Remote READING (6' capillary tube) Operator
The ¾" side-mount angle valve (at maintenance ±2° temp regulation) is good for about 2¼ gpm @ 4 psi pressure drop across the valve. This is VERY near the edge of maximum allowable maintenance flow for quiet operation. At a 30° temperature drop across the radiator, that equates to about 33mbh of output from the radiator. If you're close to that requirement, I'd sincerely suggest using a 1" valve body, part # 013G8023
Fully open, maximum flow is about double the maintenance flow but such a high degree of opening should NEVER be used to maintain temperature as there will be noise and excessive wear.
