    circ sizing

I was at a seminar the other day and they suggested sizing the boiler to a heat loss. This will normally make the boiler smaller than the system size. An example would be a 90,000 btu boiler and 140,000 btu's of radiation. They also suggested primary secondary. I assume the boiler circ should be sized for the boiler. Is the primary circ sized for all the connected load. If all the secondary circ's are sized for the zone with a 20 delta tee, the primary circ would be to small if all secondary zones are running.
