Kewanee I think is out of business-someone I think bought the boiler business but as far as I know the burners are dead.

They are out of business. They are now known as Superior boiler. The burners were made by Gordon-Piatt who is now owned by the John Zinc Company. You won't find any info on them but if you are looking for some technical advice you can email me. I am pretty experienced with them.

I was having problems with a pulsation noise in the burner
I was finally able to locate a sweet spot with drawer assembly that helped quite a bit, but more than anything
I was burning too lean. the burner is now very smooth from the bottom to the middle of the firing range. Im still lean on the upper end. but I feel like when the process is back up and running and I have a load on the boiler I should be able to tune the upper end of the firing range.
If you have any words of wisdom on these burners IM all ears, I found several things wrong with the burner, like the motor had been replaced and there was excessive gap between the inlet cone and the blower wheel. but any knowledge you care to share would be greatly appreciated
    thank you josh

    Got oil? or gas fired.....

burner or dual fuel burner? The best way to set these up is on gas 1st. Take your gas pressure readings at the burner tube rather than at the gas train ie. after the firing rate valve. The air to fuel ratio gets alittle flat at the max firing rate so be sure you check the O2. Best regards.
