I understand that there is a huge shake up at Triangle tube. I guess all/most the higher ups have left. A lot of local/ regional reps are no longer supporting the units. My local supply house will no longer stock them and is going w/ a another wall hung boiler.... parts may be an issue.... warranty problems..? UGH!

Big guys take the money and run again...little guys get stuck with the mess they left behind...Nothing changes , I am sure there will me more to fall, and mergers out there...Big companies are ruthless.... It's all about the bottom line, I trusted 3 big companies, never ever again...thank God I don't have to....

It seems to me that most of the other big players offering Fire Tube HX's are winning the marketing war. Big time. Lochinvar, HTP, and NTI seem to be everywhere.

    This is interesting...
I ran into Rick Mayo the other day. He was wearing a Taco shirt.
    Sounds like a big restructure.

Time to give Tony Audia a call. Wow. Really believe in thier products despite some annoying design flaws.

The scoop I got was that the president was leaving and they hired his replacement from outside the company to take over.
Didn't go over well w/ some.....

No idea why the president was leaving? His reasons might explain a lot if we knew them..............

Businesses change management constantly, usually looking for an increase in sales, nothing wrong with that.

Daniel Lasserre the former President-CEO at Triangle Tube is an awesome person and leader, he worked tirelessly past the normal retirement age leading TT as long as I can remember.

ACV (Belgium) sent a new replacement over, don't know him but as it usually goes feelings are hurt and people like to build their own team. Good luck? To them.
