The old bank has been sold to a couple that took stained glass classes from me who ended up buying the bank and opening their own stained glass studio. We moved to the Baltimore area when our one and only grandchild was born.
So I have a new project- a 1950's waterfront house that we stripped bare in preparation for rehabbing it for our last home (I'm too old for another project). Its down to the studs, no wires, no pipe, no drywall, no HVAC. Thus I find myself back here for a refresher- we are going to use panel rads (like in the old bank), direct vent oil and ductless AC.
I used HVAC-Calc for the bank in 2000- still appropriate for today?
