Hello Ed, I just got back from over seas, Thermo Pride Furnace is still making noises, even with the Tiger Loop installed. I am thinking of replacing the oil pump to a Clean Cut PF10322u or A2EA-6527 single stage pump. One other question, would it be a good idea to heat tape the oil supply line from the tank to the furnace, just to warm up the oil pryer to burning......

No need to heat tape unless your tank temperature is below 20°F consistently The fuel flow from the tank to the tiger loop is only 0.60 GPH and even that flow rate is able to travel through the line at that temperature.

Since the fuel in the tiger loop recirculates in the burner cabinet, the fuel temperature will be just fine!

Thank you Ed. I just changed the Oil Pump to a Beckett Clean Cut PF 10322-A2EA-6527, No more whistle , The previous pump was a Beckett Clean Cut PF 10323, 2nd one both were whistling. I do not know what the problem was with them ...Maybe the design. I am going to try and return both defective pumps to Beckett....
