If this system still has condensate pump(s), we have stand alone vacuum pump kits that can be piped to the condensate pump receiver tank.

This is a lot cheaper way to restore vacuum to this system than to install a whole new vacuum condensate return pump package.

Give me a call if you would like to talk about this.

The system does have a 200gal boiler feed tank. Ill definitely take you up on the offer if the owner plans to take if farther than I have taken it so far. After repairing the failed traps that turned the boiler room into a sauna, I told them the system is still not right. For now they are happy with the way it's working.

Will the fact that the boiler is oversized cause issues running it with a stand alone vacuum pump kit? Thank you for your input and offer. Out this way, there isn't a supply house around that has Anything that you're talking about. There are a Lot of vacuum systems in Buffalo NY running without their vacuum pumps.

Also, would you be able to send a piping diagram so I could get a general idea of how this kit gets installed?
