Hi, I am curious about the noise issue with the blower on your Eco boiler. We are in our third heating season with our Eco boiler. It's been great so far. We also use it to make domestic hot water so it runs year round. I keep the thermostat at 72 and have the outdoor reset dialed down to just barely maintain 72 degrees. It's the most efficient way to run a mod con boiler, but it means the circulation pump and the gas valve blower are running non stop as much as possible.
Did you check for any debris or broken plastic in the blower? I saw your video clip where you got it to stop the noise by choking off the air inlet for a few seconds.
I'm not a hvac tech, just a retired telephone technician but I do my own maintenance as much as I can. A replacement blower is around $230 if purchased online. I suspect if loose debris isn't the cause, the blower may be going bad. Let me know what you find out.
    Thanks,
    Mark Hoskey
