Radiant Loop Designer?

I'm building a house in Virginia with a slab on grade in the basement and suspended slabs for two levels above. I'm planning to include radiant tubing in the slabs when I pour concrete (over the next few weeks), then waiting a few months (or a year) to install the radiant heating system. Does anyone know of someone who can do a heat loss calculation and radiant tubing layout for a project like this (in good quality at moderate cost)? I'm almost confident enough to do it, but running short on time.

I'm also looking for someone who can do duct layout for a forced air HVAC system.

Thanks,
--Carl
