temperature wont go above 64 with digital thermastat

the heater wont kick on if I set the temperature on the thermastat above 64.it is a digital thermastat.can you help?

Do you have a heat/cool stat? If so, the cooling temp may be set too low and you can't get them closer that 2 degrees apart. check the cooling setting and raise it up then jack up the heat side.
