Proper Venting

My wife Sarah is 5' 7" about 140 lbs.

She's been building up a lot of pressure, so I installed a PRV rated for 15psi so she doesn't blow.

I've had venting problems since we've been married. I know this because her main vent is quite noisy.

She's only rated for 375 sq. ft. of steam, but I swear she's putting out a lot more hot air than that. I believe she might be over-fired.

Also, she complains about the pitch of my pipe. I told her that it's not the pitch, but it may be that her trap is stuck open.

Please excuse me for posting this nonsense, but I'm feeling a little bit silly this morning. I love her very much, but can't help having a little fun at her expense (she will do the same at mine)

Hope everyone has a SAFE and Happy New Year!!

    A different venting issuie

    effects my marrige.

My concern is with Principle # 11 in the Mass plumbing code book ....

Princple # 11 Exhaust foul air to the outside. Each vent terminal must extend to the outer air at the roof line and be so installed so as to minimize the possibilities of clogging and the return of foul air to the building.

My wife claims I am violation of this code and threatens to turn me in.

    Silly is good.
