I am thinking of installing a buderus boiler for a customer of mine and wanted to install a power vent, I never used a power vent before! My customer wants to place it in the garage on the back wall. Can I run the flue to the left hand wall and out the house. The reason for this is because there are decks on the other side of back wall. little help?

We got ours about four months ago and never looked back, I can pipe a boiler pannle that used to take three days in about one day give or take, the one thing is making sure your parts house will carry enough fittings, we ended up buying a pretty large stock of fittings because nothing looks worse than having ProPress and solderd fittings on the same boiler pannle, it workes really well, but takes a little time getting used to how it will pull the pipe toward the tool when you make a crimp, to counter this on the larger fittings you need to press one side of the fitting and then turn the fitting around to press the other end of the fitting.

    Gotta love this tool!

The shiniest example of its use began today with my first freeze up of the year. No sitting around waiting for the water to stop flowing, while waiting to solder a joint. Cut out the puckered piece, a couple of slip couplings, press X 4 and purge it out. In/out WAY quicker than the old method and on your way to the next money making job.(how much do you make on slip couplings ? Time is of the essence) Chris

Is one of the best investments I've ever made.Been useing it for a year now and love it.Fitting availabilty which had been a problem is no longer a problem with more and more suppliers now stocking fittings. We use pex for water piping and loops so we're mostly using it for near boiler piping.Couple that up with a T drill and it's awesome!

Remember the code does not allow vent connector to run through divider walls.
