My question, Are liquid filled electric hydronic heaters more efficient than standard electric baseboard heat?

    Short answer: NO. Long answer: BTU in = BTU out

    Electric is 100% "efficient". Both types of heater change KW's into BTU's with the same physics. They use a resistance element, basically a "short" circuit to create heat.
