If I have a snow melt system design for 125BTU/sq ft @ 90*water. How will my BTU output change as water temperature is increased? Just curious.

Snow melt differentials are generally based just above freezing. Here your 90F water gives you a differential near 58 or about 2 btuh/sq.ft/degree differential. Increasing the entry temperature (at the same flow rate) will give you a linear increase in your output until you start to return above freezing, then you are back to 1 Btu/lb/degF divided by fluid density.
