    do you use that on? Watts? I didn't relize they made it in 5/8" I use the Wirsbo 5/8 a lot for baseboard a tid bit tricky in some spaces. Are they standard "vangaurd" style fittings? What modifications are you alluding to?... kpc

    a "go,no go" gauge in the upper left? and can you change heads to do other sizes? Looks kinda' like the old quest like tool we used to fix mobil home stuff

    Watts Radiant offers 5/8 heating pex. I think most manufactures do. I need to modify the handles so the tool fits up into joist bays. I will make one removable.

    Yep on the go, no go gauges. Im think you are right about this tool looking vaguely familar :) The jaws are changeable with two allen bolts.
