HB Smith series 28 - mud problem

I have a HB Smith series 28 boiler - 5 section. I am having trouble cleaning out the mud from the underside of the boiler sections ... not from the cleanout thruogh the boiler, but underneath the setion cleanout running under what I would call the combustion chamber. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get this mud out of there?

HB Smith 28
Scott:
We have a HB Smith 28A, 17 Section boiler and there are 2 mud drums built in, one running one each side of the boiler. They are blown down on a regular basis, but for annual cleaning, the valves are taken off and just pressurized water is flushed through to clean it out.0
