to screw my job/ warning sign right onto the floor. Seems they never stay put on a post or attached to the side of the building.

Best put a period

after "nailing." Otherwise they'll probably just be more careful whilst drilling and nailing your tubes. ;-)

Maybe...

you need to write it in a language they understand. I know none of the insulators here speak English. They speak Spanish, and when my German assistant speaks to them in Spanish with his German accent, he's speaking Sperman!!
