It funny that some people wants you to be there right
away, we need it done, and you do so.but when the shoe on the other foot and its time to pay the bill it a long drawn
out process.This is the only part that I hate about my job
Its sure is getting harder for me to hold my tongue.
Fired a builder today explain to him politely I no longer needed the hassle.ninty days after completion not for me.

    Always collect your money from a service customer when your work is completed.

    Collect from home builders in phases so you are never too exposed. Treat a home builder (general statement) as if he will be leaving town tomorrow and you may never see him again. Never let a home builder get too far ahead of you.
