Home maintenance documentation

Getting old & forgetful, so I'd like to create home maintenance documentation for my kids and/or the next owner; I was thinking about posting a QR code somewhere either at the front door and/or utility room linking to a webpage with the house blueprints and stuff like boiler, AC and solar panel operation and how often those items should be serviced; interior paint colors, and other construction oddities, etc. Wondering if anyone has come across such a checklist that might be useful.

I think it would need to be unique to your home and equipment.
the home we bought a year ago came with a 3 ring binder full of info and recites. Everything from paint and floor coverings to the trees and plants in the yard.

You could use a smart spreadsheets and set it up with reminders/parameters.
