New Gas Boiler

Need to replace my 29yr old Dunkirk, gas boiler, Model 237AAW002075AA, Serial X035V01295 or X085V01295. Heating Input 75.000 BTU, Heating capacity 63,000(?) worn off, 80% efficient. 1400 sq. ft home. From pics on the web, the Dunkirk XEB Series 3 looks almost exactly the same. Does anyone know if the quality is the same? Also, concerned about the negative comments about service from this company. Should I be?
Thanks, Gerard

Run a heat loss first, this is a situation where bigger is not better. https://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/article/out-with-the-old-in-with-the-new here’s one way.

First step is a accurate heat loss of the house. You can't be sure the old boiler was sized right. You can download the Slant Fin app and do it yourself.

There are a lot of good CI boilers around. The installer is most important, No doubt the piping will not match up perfectly anyhow so the boiler picked isn't an issue in most cases unless flue outlet height is an issue. You may also need a flue liner to meet today's codes

Is it hot water or steam?
