Looks like part of a plastic check in the bucket, first 26 seconds?
if there is a restriction in the valve or hose you may continue to see those small bubbles. It can be caused by cavitation which can occur when flow is pinched off. Try it with a garden hose when it is running and it starts to get pinched off. You will see those vapor pockets and hear a crackling noise. It may never purge to a clean solid stream,

Bumping pressure to 28 lbs would speed up the purge also.

still havin troubles with noisey air are ya ?
add the link back to that other post,
and add a video tour from that bucket and hose, back to the boiler, and to the feed, narrate how you're seeing the water flow thru your system as you purge.
point out the valves you have closed, and which are still open,
as hot rod says, run that pressure closer to 30 than the 12 or whatever this was,
you're trying to drive air down from 3 floors up if I remember correctly,
ya need higher purge pressure to do that,

and what is the boiler pressure set for normally ?

  • Curious that the female end of the hose is in the water. Must be on the other side of the Mississippi.
