parts for model unknown hydrotherm

in THE MAIN WALL
small hydrotherm gas boiler approx 20 years old no model id information, none. need burner tubes. has two burner tubes that are 21 1/8" long oval shape 1 7/8" tall x 1 1/2" wide solid section of tube 6 3/4 inch long, burner section 12" long. so far bm-8772 that fit an hw-50 are too short by 4" and smaller cross section. most listing of burner tubes don't have dimensions included. unit measures 12" wide, 22" long, 17" tall has 5" vent. plastic hydrotherm emblem on front, brown and tan cabinet. any help with model number or burner part number or source? thanks

    Post some pictures of this old beast, and maybe someone will recognize its model number.
    What is wrong with the burner tubes? It may be time for a replacement.—NBC
