Aqua Balance 155 combi

Hello,

My brother and I installed the Aqua Balance 155 combination boiler. It’s working great except I keep getting some water out of pressure relief valve. My pressure reducing valve is set for 15 but the pressure gauge on the system reads over 20. Could this be as simple as a bad pressure reducing valve?

Releases a bit when it’s over 30. Just confused why it’s even getting up that high

That's a potable water expansion tank. Typically they come set to 35psi.

you should request @Erin Holohan Haskell combine these 2 threads,
    my temp question doesn't matter,
    the possible domestic tank does,

no, the pressure in the tank, you're sure it is set to 15? and not up at 35 as @kcopp suggests ?
can you get a picture of the tank label

Is the Pressure reducing valve installed on the suction side of the boiler ? Did you go by the piping diagram in the installation manual ? Pipe it between the connection of the system and the expansion tank . That is the location of no pressure change .

Yeah, @Big Ed_4 is right. Try reducing the pressure and shut down the ball valve before the pressure reducing valve and see if it makes a difference.
That definitely looks like a potable water expansion tank, which is the wrong tank for the boiler.  I'd replace the tank, make sure the air pressure is set before you install it on the boiler and relocate the reducing valve so its between the tank and the air separator.
