Anyone have the honor of building a homemade pasteurizer yet?
I got a guy who wants to make one thats about 4'x4'x4' tall and will heat by boiler or on demand up to 170 or so.
I was thinking of doing a 150k btu boiler and wrapping the inside of his tank with 1" coils and feeding the thing with 1-1/2" copper header and see what we can do.
Any other ideas, the guy was suggesting steam.
