HELP WITH ACCEL CS BOILER

When we renovated and moved into our home in 2017, the plumber installed an ACCEL CS boiler. We have had no issues until this week. We have had 3 different companies looking at it. Hot water isn't working, the heat is pushing cold air. They have already replaced 2 parts yesterday (new flame sensor and ignitor), and ordered 2 more (control board and draft inducer) today after the unit stopped working last night. Has anyone had any issues with this unit? Any feedback? The guy on the phone said the plumber basically put in a "Ferrari" and the parts would be $$. The parts are adding up. And they arent even sure what will fix the issue. HELP.

You need to call Energy Kinetics and they will find a certified contractor in your area to diagnose and repair your boiler. They are excellent boilers but the techs must be trained.
    Where are you located?

What happened to the plumber who installed the boiler? He most likely was vetted or at least approved by Energy Kinetics, and would know how to best fix the issue, if in fact it was the boiler.
Generally for troubleshooting, a competent professional tech will know how to test components properly before throwing parts at the problem or blaming the equipment. There's only one (or maybe a few) proprietary components on their boilers, the rest of the parts are commonly found. And there is a diagnostic screen with error reporting.
If I come across a problem with a proprietary piece of equipment, I call the manufacturer's tech support. At the very least the tech could've called EK and they would've walked him thru some troubleshooting.
Flame sensor, ignitor and draft inducer have nothing to do with hot water, unless the boiler isn't firing at all. And the control board (if it's the energy manager) has a fairly easy method of testing to determine whether your problem lies in the board.

EK support is top of the line and most likely someone from EK will probably be by soon or tomorrow and will be more than happy to connect with you and put you in touch with a qualified technician.
