I love jokes, but In the most respectful way possible, I would suggest that this kind of thing doesn't help bring non-men into this field

Non-men are people who don't identify as men. I knew there was a shortage of them in this industry but I thought you would have seen some of them somewhere ;)

I wasn't offended, but I keep hearing about a lack of good employees and contractors. It's good to look at some ways to improve that maybe.

Thanks for the nice reply and have a great weekend!

@ethicalpaul , I get your point but strippers come in all genders! I'm offended that you excluded me as a stripper at the Senior Center. Im mean it is a companion "trade" and where low pressure steam is most lacking! >:)

@Fred If you're not full of steam for the senior center, what are you full of? Not asphalt, I hope. :p
You can have it good, fast or cheap. Pick two

Crap, us seniors aren't as "regular" as we once were!

  • Old school trumps ethical. We're a few generations before you and this is where we hang out.

For the most part, we're respectful. If you want to learn, tolerate an occasional outburst. Otherwise, we'll gladly hand it over to you.
