Usually the Boiler plate that you got that Model # and Serial # off off also has the production date stamped on it as well.

I copied & pasted this from the lookup tool on Burnham's website -
    Boiler Details
    Serial Number: 35014731
    Model Number: RS111T-TB
    Product Name: RSA(H) Series
    Date of Manufacture: 1986-10-24

Why are you asking how old your boiler is?
That boiler is an vertical tube steel oil boiler. Vertical tube oil boilers normally have higher flue temps.
Does that boiler have an domestic coil in it? If so that boiler is hot 24/7/365 just to make domestic hot water.
Boilers with proper maintenance can last 25 to 30 plus years.
I would get pricing on an good oil boiler with an indirect water heater. New boiler properly sized for your home will lower your oil consumption and if installing an indirect water heater you boiler can be an cold start boiler and that will also reduce your oil consumption and the indirect water heater will deliver plenty of domestic hot water.
Depending where you are living take an look at the Trio oil boiler that is an cast iron horizontal three pass low water volume model boiler. No coil in the boiler so it is an cold start boiler. Use an indirect water heater to make your domestic hot water. Great boiler system.
