in THE MAIN WALL
Unit professionally installed a week ago. Third service call for issues with it. Came home at 8pm and there is NO hot water any where in our house. Kitchen, bathrooms or laundry. Tech was just here at 3pm today and everything worked. Beyond frustrated at money spent for system that does NOT work!

    Is this natural gas or LP? Has your tech checked the inlet gas pressure both static and under load? Is the venting correct?

    Typically problems like this are due to installation errors, not problems with the appliance.....

    Also pictures are worth a thousand words. Pictures of; Near boiler piping, valves, gauges and devices would be helpful.

    Just wondering if you have an update on what your tech person found with your boiler.
