Oddball steel fitting

Anyone know what this fitting is called? I’ve spent too much time thumbing through grainger catalogs. It’s a combi drain for 2 apartments with the top outlet feeding into a sink then vents.

IDK But it looks like a tapped TY on it back.. a tapped TY is normally used on the vertical to pick up a sink of sorts

Looks like a San Tee. A vertical drain should tie into a horizontal run with a wye or combo fitting.

It's a Double Wye or a double Tee.

Back rotted out from standing water. We are planning to use a y adaptor, a combi San tee with sweep 90, 90, and ferncos after cutting old fitting out.

Looks like one of those jobs that when you're done you'll say "I should of done it differently".

That fitting is called a side outlet sanitary tee or could be a side outlet sanitary wye

Not a whole lot can be done. I have to meet those pipes and all are buried under 6” of concrete, brick, and mortar. I would have preferred if the apartments didn’t share drains and the tubs weren’t kissing each other at the drains.

    I would say that’s a 45 vented tub wye. It’s available in no-hub.
