    AFG F6 head, AF44YB air tube, 1.50 x 80A

You can also use a Carlin 99FRD
    Or a Riello F5
That's a pretty old boiler, what happened to the original burner?
I'd rather put the money towards a new boiler.
If I had to put a new burner on it, I would probably try the Riello.

I'm with @STEVEusaPA , what happened to the other burner?
The 68 series was last made around 1993 before going to the Gold GO.
And a five section? That's a lot of boiler. Do you need that many BTU's?
I your going to stick with the 68, I'd also go with a Riello F5. But I wouldn't max fire it.

Beckett NX would work well in that boiler too. On the 68 series, the more static air pressure the burner can produce, the better. IIRC the NX and the Riello do this best.

I keep forgetting about the NX. Do you like it over the Riello Frank?
I didn't see it in the spec book, so if it were me, I wouldn't experiment without contacting Beckett.

Need that many btu's. Old Beckett model AFG, no. AF- 953506. Won't stay running, Oil tech said something about plastic sleeve stopping motor? Thank you for your help.

    The burner coupling?
That won't keep the burner motor from running. A bad motor or seized fuel pump will.

I'd fix the old burner and save money towards a new system..
