Outdoor reset on a outdoor boiler?

Thoughts on running an outdoor reset on a outdoor furnace? I haven't really seen many mention the use of these together.

Probably a bad idea. Better is a large storage tank charged by the outdoor boiler, and run reset via mixing to the emitters.

You don't want the boiler water temp to get below 150* or you'll have flue gas condensation which will rot the boiler.

Alright, I never thought about condensation. Could be why i have not really heard of anyone using them

Most outdoor wood boilers have a large water content to store energy, so running them hot allows you to store the most amount of heat energy.

The Euro type wood and pellet boilers have ODR built into the control. As long as you assure return above 140F you could reset.
