Replacement for HB Smith 340

I have a boiler - HB Smith 340 Mills 11 section old boiler. When i called HB Smith, they told me it was 1.392 million btu. I'm willing to replace it but im not sure if A.O. Smith 28HES5 (5 section) will be enough. Advice needed

    First thing to do is say where you are. Maybe there's a pro on here in your area that can quote you. Otherwise, tell more about the system. Steam, hot water, type of building?

    The old boiler is irrelevant. Steam boilers need to be sized based on connected radiation and water boilers need to be sized based on heat loss.
