Delta T Zone Circs or Zone Valves

I know about the ongoing debate between Zone Circs and Zone Valves. But that discussion is usually in the context of single speed pumps. With the prices of Delta T pumps like the Viridian VT2218 getting closer to standard single speed pumps, has anyone used a Delta T pump for each zone circulator? I would think you would want a flow limiter to protect the boiler but I would think it would give a lot of flexibility to optimize the system. The VT2218 at minimum speed is like a TACO 003 so I am guessing it wouldn't over pump the system?

Thoughts?

Depends on your needs. Certainly delta t, or p circulator plus zone valves is cheaper up front costs, and operating costs. Verses zoning with ECM circulators even pulling lowest watts on zones.
