Fixing Bad Radiant

Attached is the fix for the open system that wouldn't heat the home or provide proper DHW. The Vitodens 222F cabinet model has a small footprint and a built-in 30g DHW SS tank. We used a larger FPHX to take the place of the low loss header. Pic 2 is the original system.

    Thanks. Flamco tank brackets. They make both non-potable and SS for potable. I found a neoprene insulation jacket made for FPHX's which will be installed. The exchanger puts out a lot of heat.

    Beautiful work as always. What was the problem with the old Uponor tubing that it needed to be replaced? Was it in floor or panel rads?
