Lennox pulse furnace of 1986 won' stop running

I have replaced several parts on this furnace and now it won't stop running

    Help my electric bill wi be out of site, not to mention the stress on the furnance

    Actually better for constant fan than cycling on the motor! Yes, it could add $20-30 to the monthly juice bill. A tech would know right where to look for the problem. Probably should have an authorized Lennox dealer to a pressure test on that relic to be sure the heat exchanger is safe.

    I remember having trouble keeping them running in the early 80's.

    I don't do air, but if they are anything like pulse boilers, if the gas doesn't shut off, it won't shut off. Just like a diesel engine. They operate on latent heat ignition.

    After 6 days, the OP either solved the problem elsewhere or he "cooked" his whole house with runaway heat.
