Temp does not respond to thermostat

I have 6 heat zones and 1 zone no matter what I set the thermostat to is always at 73 to 75 degrees. I have changed the thermostat batteries with no luck and have changed the actual thermostat with one from another zone with no luck either. Any ideas of why this would happen?

How about a little bit more description as to what kind of heating system you have? Is it hydronic? If so, are zones controlled by circulators or zone valves?

Hello it is a hydronic heating system the zones are controlled by grundfos pumps, which I believe would make them circulators.

So the check valve in the grundfos correct? Are those replaceable? I had one apart looks pretty simple

Are the pipes to that zone staying hot all the time?
