    Well, at least

    you can replace the relays and transformer in that box- not always true with newer ones.

    Frank: Those relays control pumps in a 5-unit apartment building.



    When I first saw this, I wanted to sell the owners a more modern pump controller, but after thinking about it, I don't believe it would be in their best interests since those relays and transformer are probably original equipment.  The pumps are all original Grundfos as well.
