my bacharach insight won't turn on! help!

  my insight wont turn on, any sugestions, and yes i've try new batteries.

    Possible cause...

    Was it left out in your service vehicle exposed to the extreme cold temps? If so it may have had moister the has frozen up the filter and or the pump. I would disconnect the hose let the analyzer sit it the warmth for a little bit and then retry starting it. If it was not exposed to the freezing temps I’d send it in for service or at least call Bacharach (On Monday) concerning your issue.

    ya i figured as much..

      i hate calling bacharach it always cost me money. i don't use my unit that much, and it seem like its always somthing with the freaking thing.
