Ignitor not glowing on demand for heat

Sequence of events



Thermostat calls for Heat

Hear click

Blower starts

Nothing else



Thermostat fine

New Igniter Flame Rod Assembly

Pressure Switch seems fine



Check voltage at gas valve on demand is only reading 13 volts - ?why not 24???



No wires are broke



Any ideas on where to go from this point to find the problem would be greatly appreciated.

    Is this a furnace or a boiler?



    Make and Model number of gas valve, module etc.

    New Igniter Flame Rod Assembly when was this installed and why?

    Pressure Switch seems fine How do you know did you check the differential pressure across the switch? If the blower (combustion air blower) is running it could be the pressure switch is not switching over to power the system for the pilot to light and the burner to come on.
