Old Munchkin Boilers:

I have a few customers with Munchkin Boilers that need service. I didn't install them. They have never been serviced. The service manuals have no information on settings. I looked on the HTP web site and they don't list anything as they have discontinued them.

I went to drain the water in a house today that has one installed in 2004. It was off on F10, flame failure while running. It faces the East. High winds probably blew it out. I stuck my analyzer in the exhaust and had 0ver 300 PPM of CO. Someone had put tape over the air inlet to the gas valve. The unit is fired on LP. The rating tag says Nat. Gas but there is no conversion sticker.

Any help or where I can get information. I tried to sign onto HTP but they wouldn't let me join,
