Thermostat Recommendation

We're looking for a recommendation for several thermostats for an apartment building served with separate steam boilers for each apartment. 



Here are the requirements:



1.  Must have large digital readout and be simple to operate for old folks. 



2.  Must be non-setback. Or can simply be used in Hold Temp. mode.



3. American or Canadian made only, first quality reliable product.



4. Adjustable anticipator compatable with +/-1 cycle per hour for steam. 



Anyone have a suggestion for us?

    Honeywell

    I'm going with a Honeywell TH8110U1003.  Only because my understanding is it works really well especially with steam.   Honestly I wanted to buy a Honeywell  T8775A1009 but no one can tell me if its near as (smart) as the TH8110 as far as compensating for overshoot and what have you.



    Both offer cycles per hour settings.  I'd love to hear from someone that has experience with the T8775 round digital with steam but it seems as if no one really knows.

    Have used them...

    Have one in my home.   Works great with steam.



    But far too complex and expensive  for old people/tenants.

    The T8775 or the 8110? I thought the 8775 was very simple?

    TH8775 looks simple but it's Chinese.  Can't use a Chinese product on this application.
