Hot water heat issue

I have a hot water boiler system with radiators on both first and second floor.  Radiators on first floor heat immediately when activated.  No water is getting to any of the three radiators on the second floor.  When you try to bleed them, a little bit of air comes out for a few seconds, then nothing.  Any ideas why the water is not getting to the second floor?

    you need to get the water there. Depending on the piping, you will need to boost the water pressure while bleeding the unit.

     You do not boost the pressure above 20-25PSI while bleeding the system, or you will pop the relief valve on the boiler which is 30 psi, or should be.

    When you get water out of all bleeders starting with the one farthest from the boiler working your way from top floor to bottom floor to the one closest to the boiler last. Re adjust your psi to 12-15 psi. This should be your operational psi while system is at room temperature.



     This operation may take several trips to the boiler to bump up the psi while bleeding the system.

    two people with cell phones makes it much easier..one does the bleeding, one monitor's pressure. Make sure the boiler and circs are shut off also..
