Warren Webster chilled water radiators?

We have a house with 15-20 old warren webster water cooled and heated radiators with a fan in each one. We have looked everywhere to try to find replacements as many of them are rusted, leaking etc. Some need new fans. Any ideas of replacement parts and or new units. I've enclosed a picture of what a wall unit looks like. I'm not sure if I have the correct description. Please advise. Thank you.
