Boiler thermostatic by pass valve

I am working on a snowmelt system, using a Burnham boiler, which uses a Taco by pass valve 595-1 and a thermostat, P/N 80160432. These parts are no longer available. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution for replacement of this valve. I am looking at purchasing some by pass valves made by Danfoss, ESBE series. Or instaling a modorized three way bypass valve. The bypass valve are requiered to prevent the condensation of flue gasses in the boiler.

Thanks!

Guido

    A bypass circulator

such as a Taco VS series can also be used to great effectiveness. The setpoint version may be right for you.  Nothing wrong with the ESBE valves and such, just showing another option. I find circulators to be faster-acting and more positive than modulating valves which tend to be slower to respond.

    By pass valve

Thanks for your help. I am not familiar with the use of a by pass circulator, but will do some investigating, keep all options open.

    Thanks!
